These Terms & Conditions apply to consulting and advisory services provided through www.otteliendorland.com.

 

By engaging my services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Services are provided on a custom, project-based consulting basis.

The scope of work is agreed in advance via written communication (such as email) and may evolve during the engagement where both parties agree. Services are advisory and strategic in nature and are not ongoing support unless explicitly agreed.

3. Scope of Work

Only the work explicitly agreed forms part of the engagement.

Any additional requests or work outside the agreed scope may be declined or require a separate agreement and additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is generally required in full upfront before work commences.

• Alternative arrangements may be agreed on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

• Work may be paused or ceased if payment is late or not received as agreed.

 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations are permitted before work begins.

• Once work has commenced, no refunds are provided, as services are based on time, expertise, and availability.

I reserve the right to terminate an engagement if the working relationship becomes inappropriate or unworkable. In rare cases, this may include a discretionary partial refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Respond within reasonable timeframes

• Make decisions required to progress the work

Delays or changes caused by the client may affect timelines and outcomes.

 

7. Access & Communication

During an active engagement, I aim to respond regularly during business days, though responses are not guaranteed to be immediate.

After an engagement ends, occasional follow-up questions may be answered at my discretion. Ongoing support requires a new agreement.

8. Timelines

All timelines provided are estimates only. Timelines may change due to:

• Delayed client responses

• Changes to scope

• Client decisions or lack of implementation

 

9. Outcomes & Liability

Services are advisory only. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or business performance.

I am not responsible for:

• Business decisions made by the client

• Financial loss or missed revenue

• Results where recommendations are not implemented

 

10. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the specific deliverables created for their engagement.

I retain ownership of my underlying methods, frameworks, experience, and know-how.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. If services are provided to clients outside Australia, these Terms & Conditions remain governed by Australian law, regardless of the client’s location.
